First of all, Welcome to my blog….www.flutterfly.co.uk ! !
So what’s it all about?
Simply put this will be a blog about my voyage into the world of sports trading/betting. Mainly the blog is for my own personal gain. I need something to keep me focused and hopefully this will help in that respect.
Also it would be helpful to me and maybe others, to have some kind of resource at hand. I’m hoping to link in with many of the betting blogs I have been reading over the years and grow the site from there.
What to expect
I’m not going to post my wins/losses like some other sites do. There’s nothing wrong with this but it’s not going to help me with what I’m trying to achieve and will just add unnecessary work for me. My aim is for the posts to more about my thoughts and ideas about trading such as the psychological side of things.
I will update the blog when I have the time and feel I have something to share. I don’t want to feel I have to update it everyday or every week. There will be more important things so the blog will have to take a back seat at time. Apologies now for any long periods with no posts !
What’s with the name flutterfly?
Flutter is linked to betting obviously and Flutter.com is also what first got me into betting. Fly? I have no idea to be honest, I just thought it sounds good ! Does there have to be a good reason?
That’s it for now. I just wanted to get a quick hello on the blog to get things started. My next post will be about me and how I got into betting/trading.
